Este foi um projecto de grupo (juntamente com Ana Teixeira e Catarina Chicau), realizado no âmbito académico, com o objectivo de criar um cartaz para uma hipotética conferência de um designer/grupo
de designers de renome, realizada na faculdade. Este cartaz teria de seguir a expressão visual e estilo
do designer em questão. O grupo de designers/designer escolhidos foram Experimental Jetset e Saul Bass.
This was a group project (with Ana Teixeira and Catarina Chicau) developed in college, that consisted
in the creation of a poster for a hypothetical conference of a famous designer/group of designers, happening in our college. The poster concept had to follow the visual style of the designer in question. The chosen group of designers/designer were Experimental Jetset and Saul Bass.
Foi realizada uma pesquisa, de modo a compreender o estilo e linguagem do grupo de designers Experimental Jetset. A tipografia é um elemento importante, bem como a cor do texto, neste caso em preto e azul, mas muitas vezes é também utilizado o vermelho ou o amarelo.. A composição, a utilização de grelhas bem definidas e o alinhamento do texto são também elementos relevantes no trabalho deste grupo.
We made a research to understand the visual style and language of Experimental Jetset. The typography
and colour are important elements, in this case, blue and black were used for the main text, but theres also the prevailing use of red and yellow in their projects. The composition, the use of well-defined grids and
the text alignment are also relevant elements of this group of designers.
